One Point Lesson

One point lesson is a communication as a Standard Operating Procedure which is used to communicate to operators and staff of new or revised work standard that are simple and easy to follow. OPL can be written by any person in the organization who well understand on the process.

It is best practice for operators and team leaders to write a one point lesson and communicate this to their teams to prevent any wrong operation.
